Bellies & Brews - Our First Beer Tasting Event Thursday, April 19, 2012

Brews & Bellies...

The Fed is thrilled to announce it's first beer event ever, Brews & Bellies - a beer tasting affair. The collaborative tasting will be hosted by local hop-heads, Arwen from the Craft Brewjas and Patrick from Miami Malt Bomb, and will feature a selection of limited edition craft beers.

The Federal (www.thefederalmiami.com) brings you the first Bellies & Brews beer tasting event. The collaborative tasting will be hosted by local hop-heads, The Craft Brewjas (www.facebook.com/CraftBrewjas) and the Miami Malt Bomb (miamimaltbomb.wordpress.com), and will feature a selection of limited edition craft beers.

So far, we plan to bring you the following carbonated cold ones:

-Dogfish Namaste
-Rogue Hazelnut Brown
-Julians Hard Cider
-Loose Cannon Double IPA
-Breckenridge Agave Wheat
-Miami's own, Gravity Brew Bar (www.gravitybrewbar.com) will be tapping a special keg of one of their fine brews
-Craft Brewjas' Chai Porter

Please note some of the beer may change as we get closer to the date, but you are guaranteed something unique and YUMMY.

We will also have some yummy bites to nibble on like buffalo style pork belly and an assortment of nuts.

The tasting will take place on Thursday, April 19 at 7:30p - 9:00p. Please RSVP by e-mailing The Federal at ani@thefederalmiami.com with Bellies & Brews in the subject line. This event requires leaving a credit card to secure your spot as there is limited-seating though your card will not be charged at this time. The event is $20.
